1. Agreement

By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms, and the version on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

You agree that the information you give us at checkout is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you present.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe every item as accurately as we can from the information available to us.

Screens render colour differently, so a wash or shade may look slightly different in person. Measurements are guides rather than guarantees, and the Size Guide page explains how to take them.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and are the price you pay at checkout, plus shipping and any sales tax that applies.

Prices can change without notice, but a change never affects an order already placed. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy, and our confirmation email is our acceptance of it.

We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an error in the listing. In every such case you are refunded in full.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

In short: standard shipping is $6.99, orders of $60.00 and over ship free, express shipping is $14.00, and you have 30 days from delivery to return an item.

7. Acceptable use

Use this site lawfully and do not interfere with it.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the store, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or reproduce our text and images for commercial use without our written permission.
