Shipping Policy

JEAN FACTORY ships from 333 East Ridge Road, Rochester, NY 14621, United States, to addresses within the United States.

1. Shipping rates

Standard shipping is $6.99, orders of $60.00 and over ship free, and express shipping is $14.00.

Those are the rates the checkout charges. Nothing is added at the last step, and there is no handling surcharge on top of them. All prices on this store are in US dollars.

2. Order processing

Orders placed before 2 PM Eastern Time are processed the same business day; orders placed after that cutoff are processed the next business day.

Processing then takes 1 to 3 business days before the parcel is handed to the carrier. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays.

3. Delivery times

Transit takes a further 3 to 7 business days after dispatch on standard shipping.

Express shipping moves faster in transit but does not skip the processing time in section 2. Total time to your door is processing plus transit, so allow 4 to 10 business days on a standard order. Carrier delays, weather and public holidays sit outside our control.

4. Where we ship

We ship to street addresses within the United States.

We do not currently ship internationally. If a delivery address cannot be served by our carrier we will contact you before charging anything further.

5. Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

If tracking has not updated for several days, email support@jeanfactoryrochester.com with your order number and we will chase the carrier on your behalf. We reply within 3 business days.

6. Wrong or incomplete addresses

Check your delivery address before you place the order, because we cannot change it once the parcel has been dispatched.

If you spot a mistake before dispatch, email us immediately and we will correct it if the order has not yet left. A parcel returned to us as undeliverable is refunded for the item value once it arrives back.

7. Lost or damaged parcels

Email support@jeanfactoryrochester.com with your order number. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, or arrives damaged, we send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
